ECC ("ECC", "we", "us", "our") is a United States-based engineering workforce solutions provider, incorporated in the State of Wyoming, USA, with an operating engineering delivery center in Alexandria, Egypt. ECC connects BIM (Building Information Modeling) engineers with client organizations worldwide through fully managed, Employer-of-Record outsourcing arrangements. This page explains our privacy practices and the terms that apply to anyone using this website, whether you're applying as an engineer or submitting a staffing requirement as a client.

2. Information We Collect

From Engineers (Apply page)

• First and last name
• Phone number (including country)
• Profession / job title (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, or Structural BIM Engineer, BIM Coordinator, BIM Manager, or a title you specify yourself)
• Country of residence
• Qualifications and years of experience
• Your resume/CV file

From Clients & Recruiters (For Recruiters page)

• Company name, contact name, work email, and phone number
• Country
• Number of engineers required, by discipline, with a minimum and maximum years of experience for each requirement
• Contract period
• An optional job description file and any additional notes

We only collect what's submitted through our forms — we don't use tracking cookies or advertising pixels on this site.

3. How We Use Your Information

For engineers, we use your information to evaluate your fit for open roles and, when a matching opportunity arises, to share your profile and resume with prospective clients during their shortlist and interview stage — this is how we match you with an engagement. We do not sell your information to third parties or use it for any purpose beyond staffing and recruitment.

For clients, we use your submitted requirements to identify, vet, and shortlist qualified engineers, and to have an ECC team member follow up with you directly.

4. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep engineer applications and resumes on file indefinitely so you remain considered for future opportunities as new client requirements come in, without needing to reapply. If you'd like your information removed from our records at any time, contact us at info@eccbim.com and we will delete it.

5. Third-Party Services

Form submissions on this site are processed by FormSubmit.co, a third-party form-delivery service, which transmits your submitted information to ECC's email inbox. Our web fonts are served by Google Fonts. Neither service is used by ECC for advertising or resold to other parties.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you've submitted to us at any time by emailing info@eccbim.com. We will respond and act on reasonable requests promptly.

7. Terms of Use

By using this website and submitting a form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, placement, or engagement, and submitting a staffing requirement does not guarantee availability of matching engineers. All content on this site — including text, graphics, and branding — is the property of ECC unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

We may update this Privacy Policy & Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
